NO INSURANCE For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits, there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable. FREE CONSULTATIONS We also offer a FREE CONSULTATION if you would like to meet our doctors, find out if chiropractic can help you, and help you determine if our doctors are a good match for serving your healthcare needs. An appointment for a consultation lasts about 15 minutes. You will not be required to fill out any paperwork prior to meeting the doctor. A thorough case history and examination is not performed during the consultation. If you decide you would like to become a new patient after the consultation, you will need to set up a follow-up appointment and complete the necessary health history questionnaire paperwork. YOUR INITIAL VISIT Prior to seeing the doctor, you will be required to complete a health history questionnaire. This is necessary so the doctor has a thorough understanding of your current and past health problems. You have the option of filling out this questionnaire in the comfort of your own home and bringing it to the clinic or filling it out at our clinic on your initial visit. If you wish to fill out the questionnaire at our clinic, you will be asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. After completing the questionnaire, the doctor will review your health history, perform a thorough examination, and take any necessary x-rays to determine the cause of your problem. The doctor will then discuss the findings of your examination and x-rays. If the doctor determines chiropractic care can help and you give consent for care, a chiropractic treatment will be given on your initial visit.
